New Behaviorial Coordinator for Children's Services|
Dr. Kerry Ann Conde is a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York and Arizona. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College, a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Behavior Analysis at Western New England University. Dr. Conde completed her pre- and post-doctoral internships at Trumpet Behavioral Health. She joined Maryhaven Center of Hope in August 2015 and began her role as Behavior Coordinator in January 2016. Dr. Conde has served as a guest reviewer in some of the top behavior analytic journals and has co-authored two published, peer-reviewed papers. Dr. Conde’s interests lie within parent and staff training as well as effective teaching strategies for individuals on the autism spectrum. Dr. Conde plans to work closely with the Clinical Department to revise the functional assessment process and writing of evidence-based behavior plans. She has also been working on starting a social skills program at Maryhaven’s Day School in Port Jefferson. Welcome, Dr. Conde!
