Electronics Assembly

Workers in Maryhaven's Electronics Division are experienced in electronics assembly from drawings to completion, with a 30-day turnaround on most jobs.

Typically, businesses will provide Maryhaven with prints, raw materials, and a sample assembly. Our management staff will then provide a firm price quote, based on time and motion studies completed while assembling the kit.

Our shop handles work which includes mechanical assembly, board stuffing and soldering, and harness making. We have specific expertise with panel gauges, needle meters, AMP meters, float meters, smoke detectors and alarm systems.  We have a training program that includes the latest in Pick & Place surface mount technology (SMT.)
