Maryhaven Performing Arts Day Habilitation



Day Habilitation Program

Individuals interested in learning about the creative and performing arts program will be offered instruction in all aspects of stage performance. Each individual will work collaboratively and artistically through acting workshops and practical “production labs” to produce a series of performances on a seasonal basis.

Program Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:45 am – 2:45 pm

Eligibility Requirements
• HCBS Waiver eligible/enrolled, Notice of Decision or ICF Medicaid enrolled
• Lives at home, in Family Care or Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)
• Eligible for transportation at SCAT
• OPWDD Front Door approval
